These terms and conditions ("General Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and specific Game Rules (collectively referred to as "the Rules"), form the complete set of conditions that govern the contractual relationship between 50/50Lott and each individual who registers with us and subsequently uses the Website as a registered player ("player", "user", "you", "your").

Regulatory Status

4. Registration on the Website and Opening a Gaming Account

4.1. Gaming Accounts

To comply with anti-money laundering laws (2017:630), we reserve the right to verify your information and request additional documentation, such as photo ID, income statements, or bank statements. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to account suspension or closure.

When logging in, authentication through BankID, security code, facial recognition, or fingerprint is required depending on your device. BankID is personal and should be handled securely; never share it with others. Always log out after a session and secure your device to prevent unauthorized access.

If your login credentials are used, any activities or transactions will be deemed initiated by you. If you suspect fraud or unauthorized access, immediately contact support at support@5050lott.se. In such cases, we may temporarily block your account pending investigation.

4.2. General Restrictions

You are only permitted to open and maintain one active account on the website. We reserve the right to perform checks to verify that you do not hold multiple accounts. If we determine that you have more than one active account, we may:

  • Immediately terminate any active promotions,
  • Forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts,
  • Permanently close additional accounts,
  • Or merge any duplicate accounts into the originally verified account.

Your account is intended solely for your personal use. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. Selling, transferring, exchanging, or transferring funds between accounts is strictly prohibited. Similarly, you may not acquire accounts or funds from other players.

We reserve the right to carry out verification checks to confirm that only the registered player accesses the account. If we suspect or confirm third-party access, we may block the account temporarily.

All accounts must operate in Swedish Krona (SEK). Funds held in accounts are treated as accounting assets and are segregated from 50/50Lott’s corporate funds, providing you with separation rights in case of insolvency. Please note that your account does not accrue any interest. 50/50Lott does not offer financial services and should not be treated as a financial institution.

4.3. Management of Your Account by 50/50Lott

50/50Lott is responsible for managing player accounts, including the calculation of available funds, reserved funds, wagered amounts, and winnings. We handle all aspects of refunds, withdrawals, and deductions of applicable fees according to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the opening of an account or to close an existing one at our discretion. If an account is closed, contractual obligations already incurred will be honored unless the closure occurs because of:

  • Breach of the Terms or Rules,
  • Involvement in unauthorized activities such as law violations, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or cheating.

An account will be considered inactive if no login, logout, or participation in games occurs within a continuous twelve (12) month period. You will be notified at least thirty (30) days before your account becomes inactive. Should your account remain inactive and have a positive balance, 50/50Lott may deduct a monthly administrative fee of 50 SEK.

You can reactivate your account anytime by simply logging in and playing any of the available games or withdrawing your remaining funds. Accounts with zero balance that remain inactive may be permanently closed.

4.4. Your Use of the Account

Through your account on 5050lott.se, you can deposit and withdraw funds (as described in Section 5), participate in games, update your personal information, review your gaming history, and manage responsible gambling settings.

You may access your account at any time to view a full transaction history, including deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets, and withdrawals. Should you notice any discrepancies, please contact our customer support immediately to address them. We recommend reporting any errors within 90 days of their first appearance in your account statement.

4.5. Temporary Suspension of the Account

If you breach any of these Terms, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account, restrict access to our services, reject bets or transactions, and withdraw promotional offers while investigations are ongoing.

Any positive balance held in your account at the time of investigation or subsequent legal action may be used to cover damages or outstanding amounts owed to us.

4.6. Closing and Termination of the Account

Either you or 50/50Lott may initiate the closure of your account, effectively terminating these Terms and your relationship with us.

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Upon closure, we will promptly (within five banking days) refund any remaining balance. However, only your own deposited funds will be refunded if:

  • You provided false information during registration or failed to supply requested verification documents,
  • You were banned for misconduct, including breaches of the Rules.

Funds will be returned using the original payment method, where possible. Otherwise, alternative arrangements may be made, subject to satisfactory verification of your details. If your account has unresolved bets at the time of closure, they will not be canceled. It will be your responsibility to contact customer support to arrange withdrawal of any winnings resulting from such settled bets.

If we are unable to reach you within twelve (12) months after account closure due to invalid contact details, any remaining balance will be forfeited to 50/50Lott. Additionally, if at the time of closure, the account balance is less than 200 SEK and we have no valid contact information for you, the remaining balance will be immediately forfeited.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Gameplay

5.1. Deposits

Once you have successfully registered on the website, you must deposit funds into your account before you can start playing. Available payment methods may vary over time; however, under no circumstances will 50/50Lott offer credit for betting or accept cash deposits. Full information about available payment methods can always be found in the Deposits and Withdrawals section of your account. Deposits are only accepted if made through valid payment accounts, instruments, and services legally belonging to you. The use of third-party payment methods, including those held by legal entities, is strictly prohibited even if authorized by the third party.

We reserve the right to verify ownership of the payment methods and funds you use, and may request supporting documents such as bank statements, card copies, or screenshots from your banking apps. Until ownership is verified, your account may be temporarily blocked.

Depending on your selected deposit method, minimum deposit limits may apply. Information about minimum deposit amounts is available in your account under the Payments section. We reserve the right to impose additional conditions on certain payment methods and may update available options without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend regularly checking the Deposits and Withdrawals page for up-to-date information.

Bank transfers will be credited to your account as soon as they are confirmed. Deposits made via card or e-wallets are typically processed instantly once approved by your payment provider. It is your responsibility to provide complete, valid, and current payment information. Should a deposit be declined or incur charges from a payment provider, you agree to reimburse 50/50Lott for any resulting fees, which may be deducted from your existing balance. To protect your funds in the event of our insolvency, all player deposits are maintained in a separate dedicated account with a regulated financial institution, ensuring the separation of your money from company assets. By accepting these Terms, you agree to this method of fund protection.

Deposits should be proportionate to your gameplay activity. We reserve the right to investigate funding patterns, ensure consistency between deposits and gameplay, and verify any unused balances.

We will not accept any deposits that we suspect may have been obtained illegally. By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds originate from lawful sources. We carry out transaction checks to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crimes. Additional documentation to verify the source of your funds may be requested at any time.

If any suspicious activity is detected on your account, we may report it to relevant authorities, close the account, and forfeit the funds. If you believe you have been wrongly charged, you may contact customer support with full transaction details, including relevant dates and a brief explanation, to request a refund.

5.2. Withdrawals

You can withdraw part or all of your available balance at any time by selecting one of the available withdrawal options in your account’s Deposits and Withdrawals section. Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method used for deposits. If you request a withdrawal of funds that have not been wagered in any games, we may request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering regulations (2017:630). Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on the method selected, and this information is available on the Withdrawals page in your account.

We reserve the right to add further withdrawal conditions based on the payment method and to modify available withdrawal options without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of all methods at all times.

The maximum withdrawal limits are:

  • 50,000 SEK per transaction and per day.
  • 150,000 SEK per week.
  • 250,000 SEK per month.

In the event of significant winnings, such as a jackpot, 50/50Lott may offer a one-time payout that exceeds these standard limits.

Withdrawal requests may be processed immediately or after approval by our relevant department. Once approved, the funds will be transferred via the deposit method used, or manually processed if necessary.

We aim to process withdrawal requests within 72 hours, and no later than five banking days. For first-time withdrawals or large amounts, additional verification checks may be necessary. If your account is mistakenly credited, it is your responsibility to notify customer support immediately. Erroneously credited funds are not available for use or withdrawal and may be frozen or reclaimed, including any related winnings. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes that may apply to your winnings under local laws.

5.3. Gameplay

To participate in a game, you must have sufficient funds in your account to cover your wager. If a game is interrupted due to a technical malfunction or a system error affecting winnings calculations, fees, bonuses, payouts, or currency conversions ("system error"), the game will be resumed in accordance with legal requirements. Bets placed on interrupted games will remain securely held until the game is completed. If continuation is impossible, we will restore players to their original position prior to the interruption, including manual balance adjustments.

50/50Lott reserves the right to void games and transactions affected by system errors and to reclaim any funds gained through exploiting such errors. Accounts involved in such actions may be permanently closed.

If a game remains incomplete for 90 days due to technical issues, system errors, account closures, or other reasons, the game data will be permanently deleted. Any corresponding stakes may be refunded depending on the specific game.

6. Responsible Gambling

At 50/50Lott, we are fully committed to promoting and supporting responsible gambling. Before participating in any games, you must set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits to prevent you from depositing more than your chosen limits allow for each period. At any time, you may adjust your deposit limits. A decrease in your limit will take effect immediately, while an increase will only become effective after the current period ends, and no sooner than 72 hours after the request.

While logged into the website, a pop-up message will appear every hour informing you of how much you have wagered, how much you have won, and how long you have been logged in. You may then choose to either continue playing or end your session. You can also set daily, weekly, and monthly session time limits to regulate how long you remain logged in. 8. Bonuses and Promotions

Provided you comply with these Terms and Conditions, we may offer you bonuses or promotional incentives upon your initial participation in our games by crediting your account as part of a marketing campaign. Should you choose to cancel your participation in any bonus or promotion, you may withdraw your funds at any time, but bonus funds will be forfeited. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general terms and conditions as well as any specific promotional terms ("specific bonus rules") available in the "Promotions" section of the website. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus rules will prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be used to place bets on the website or within specified games or products, as outlined in the relevant bonus rules.

Certain wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe stated in the bonus rules to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash. 9. Specific Game Rules

10. Other Provisions

Nothing in these Terms will limit our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence,
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
  • Gross negligence,
  • Any liability that cannot be legally limited under applicable law.

f any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, and Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from it.
